The Jones County Greyhounds volleyball squad (Gray, GA), was defeated 2-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA)

With the win, Locust Grove improves its record to 16-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Mt. Zion (Jonesboro, GA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 25. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 3-7. Mt. Zion lost 2-0 in their recent league battle against Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA)

The Greyhounds now own a 12-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piedmont Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. Jones County will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-7.
