Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Kecoughtan Warriors (Hampton, VA) and the host Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA), observed Kecoughtan's volleyball team top Warwick by a count of 3-0.

The Warriors (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Newport News, VA). The Hurricanes enter the Peninsula contest with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Heritage dropped by Woodside (Newport News, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Raiders now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bethel for a Peninsula battle on Thursday, September 25. Warwick will encounter a Bruins squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Hampton (Hampton, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 5-3.
