Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Kentucky Country Day Bearcats (Louisville, KY) and the host Whitefield Academy Wildcats (Louisville, KY), observed Kentucky Country Day's volleyball team top Whitefield Academy by a tally of 3-0.

The Bearcats (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Ballard (Louisville, KY). The Bruins enter the District 28 contest with a 16-3 record. In their last contest, Ballard beat Presentation (Louisville, KY), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 25. Whitefield Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record.
