The La Canada Spartans topped the visiting Monrovia Wildcats volleyball team by a margin of 3-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Spartans now possess a 9-12 record. They play next when they host Crescenta Valley for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 24. La Canada will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Hoover (Glendale, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 10-9.

With the loss, Monrovia drops to 10-12 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Temple City (Temple City, CA) to confront the Rams in a Rio Hondo game on Thursday, September 25. The Rams enter the game with a record of 5-5. Temple City lost 3-0 in their recent league game against South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA)
