In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Litchfield Purple Panthers volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Vandalia Vandals.

With the win, Litchfield advances its record to 3-12 on the season. The Purple Panthers travel to Staunton (Staunton, IL) to face the Bulldogs in a South Central test on Wednesday, September 24. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 9-7. Staunton won 2-0 in their recent league test against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, IL)

Next, the Vandals play the Hillsboro Hiltoppers (Hillsboro, IL) in a South Central challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Vandalia will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record. The Hiltoppers come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Salem (Salem, IL).
