Paradise Adventist Academy Cougars (Paradise, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Loyalton Grizzlies (Loyalton, CA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Cougars (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Plumas Charter (Greenville, CA). The Warriors come into the Pioneer challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Plumas Charter beat Westwood (Westwood, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Grizzlies play the Westwood Lumberjacks (Westwood, CA) in a Pioneer game, on Tuesday, September 30. Loyalton will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Lumberjacks go into the game with a 9-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Princeton (Princeton, CA).
