Kentucky High School Volleyball - Mayfield can't get by Marshall County

The Marshall County Marshals edged the visiting Mayfield Cardinals volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Marshals face the Murray Tigers (Murray, KY) in a District 4 game, on Thursday, September 25. Marshall County will attempt to advance on its 12-3 season record. The Tigers go into the game with a 7-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Graves County (Mayfield, KY).
The Cardinals (14-4) will now prepare for their game against Livingston Central (Smithland, KY). The Cardinals go into the non-league game with a 6-11 record. In their last game, Livingston Central was edged by Caldwell County (Princeton, KY), 3-1, in a non-league game.
