North Central Jets (Powers, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mid Peninsula Wolverines (Rock, MI), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Central improves its record to 2-7 on the season. The Jets travel to Rapid River (Rapid River, MI) to face the Rockets in a Skyline test on Thursday, September 25. The Rockets go into the test with a record of 2-6. Rapid River lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Munising (Munising, MI)

The Wolverines now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Big Bay de Noc for a Freelance test on Thursday, September 25. Mid Peninsula will face a Black Bears squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter (Brimley, MI). The Black Bears record now stands at 7-3.
