North Carolina High School Volleyball - Millennium bounced by Leadership Academy

September 23, 2025: Mount Airy, NC 27030

The Millennium Lions volleyball squad (Mount Airy, NC), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC)

With the win, Leadership Academy improves its record to 12-4 on the season. The Falcons host Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC) to encounter the Firebirds in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A contest on Thursday, September 25. The Firebirds enter the contest with a record of 4-9. Phoenix Academy won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC)

Next, the Lions meet the Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A battle, on Thursday, September 25. Millennium will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Cardinals go into the battle with a 16-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Page (Greensboro, NC).
