In Tuesday's league match, the Petoskey Northmen (Petoskey, MI) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI), by a count of 3-2.
Next up, the Northmen battle the Alpena Wildcats (Alpena, MI) in a Big North match, on Thursday, September 25. Petoskey will attempt to move on its 13-7 season record.
The Trojans (13-3) will now prepare for their match against Mercy (Farmington Hills, MI). The Marlins enter the non-league match with a 15-2 record. In their last match, Mercy held off St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, OH), 3-0, in a non-league match.
