Ridgefield Spudders (Ridgefield, WA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Woodland Beavers (Woodland, WA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Spudders (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA). The Hawks come into the 2A Greater St. Helens challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Hockinson was beaten by Washougal (Washougal, WA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Beavers meet the R.A. Long Lumberjacks (Longview, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Woodland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Lumberjacks come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Columbia River (Vancouver, WA).
