The Syracuse Bulldogs (Syracuse, KS) volleyball knocked off the visiting Southwestern Heights Mustangs (Kismet, KS), 2-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Bulldogs now possess a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to Stanton County for a Hi-Plains match on Monday, September 29. Syracuse will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Sublette (Sublette, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 10-5.

The Mustangs (9-9) will now prepare for their match against Wichita County (Leoti, KS). The Indians enter the Hi-Plains match with a 6-8 record. In their last match, Wichita County was outscored by Holcomb (Holcomb, KS), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
