The Lake Belton Broncos volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Gateway College Preparatory Gators to 2 in the Broncos league victory on Friday.

The Broncos now have a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salado for a 4A Region III District 19 game on Tuesday, September 28. Lake Belton will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Taylor (Taylor, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 13-15.

The Gators (13-11) will now prepare for their game against Burnet (Burnet, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Region III District 19 game with a 12-17 record. In their last game, Burnet nipped Jarrell (Jarrell, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
