In Saturday's league battle, the host Galena Grizzlies soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Damonte Ranch Mustangs.
The Grizzlies (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against McQueen (Reno, NV). The Lancers come into the 5A North battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, McQueen nudged Reno (Reno, NV), 3-2, in a league battle.
The Mustangs (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Miners come into the 5A North battle with a 3-7 record.
