In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Minuteman Regional Minuteman soccer squad scored a close 2-0 win over the Snowden International Cougars.
The Minuteman (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Academy of Notre Dame (Tyngsborough, MA). The Lancers go into the Commonwealth - Upper battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Academy of Notre Dame nipped KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate (Lynn, MA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Boston Collegiate (Boston, MA). The Hurricanes go into the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Boston Collegiate nipped Brighton/Boston Academy (Brighton, MA), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
