In Saturday's league battle, the host South Williamsport Mountaineers soccer squad scored a close 2-0 triumph over the Muncy Indians.
The Mountaineers (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against Montgomery (Montgomery, PA). The Red Raiders come into the Mid-Penn D4 battle with a 0-5 record.
The Indians (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Benton (Benton, PA). The Tigers come into the Mid-Penn D4 battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Benton nudged Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
