St. Andrew's Cardinals (Middletown, DE) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Sanford Warriors (Hockessin, DE), 3-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals confront the William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 27. St. Andrew's will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Colonials enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Dover (Dover, DE).
The Warriors now possess a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Andrew's for a Independent Schools challenge on Thursday, September 29.
