New York High School Volleyball - Queensbury over Academy of the Holy Names

Queensbury Spartans (Queensbury, NY) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Spartans clash with the Albany Falcons (Albany, NY) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 24. Queensbury will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record. The Falcons come into the match with a 0-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY).

With the loss, Academy of the Holy Names drops to 6-1 on the campaign. The host Cohoes (Cohoes, NY) to clash with the Tigers in a Section 2 Colonial - Liberty match on Tuesday, September 27. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 0-7. Cohoes lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Catholic Central (Troy, NY)
