In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Belle Fourche Broncs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Redfield Pheasants.

The Broncs (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against Custer (Custer, SD). The Wildcats come into the A Region 8 battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Custer lost by Edgemont (Edgemont, SD), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Pheasants clash with the Northwestern Area Wildcats (Mellette, SD) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 27. Redfield will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 14-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Chester (Chester, SD).
