The West Valley Wolf Pack volleyball team (Fairbanks, AK), was edged 3-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting North Pole Patriots (North Pole, AK)

The Patriots (14-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Ben Eielson (Eielson AFB, AK). The Ravens come into the non-league challenge with a 9-8 record. In their last challenge, Ben Eielson nudged Hutchison (Fairbanks, AK), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolf Pack encounter the Lathrop Malemutes (Fairbanks, AK) in a 4A Mid Alaska challenge, on Wednesday, September 28. West Valley will attempt to move on its 4-18 season record. The Malemutes come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 1-1 non-league Sitka (Sitka, AK).
