The Herndon Hornets topped the visiting Washington-Liberty Generals volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Hornets face the Wakefield School Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 26. Herndon will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Fighting Owls go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Langley (McLean, VA).

The Generals (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Langley (McLean, VA). The Saxons go into the non-league game with a 7-1 record.
