Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) and the host Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM), saw Los Alamos's soccer squad hold off Santa Fe by a count of 2-1.

The Hilltoppers (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Chargers enter the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Albuquerque Academy was edged by Farmington (Farmington, NM), 4-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Demons battle the Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, October 2. Santa Fe will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
