The Mountain Ridge Sentinels smashed the host Bingham Miners soccer team by a tally of 6-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next, the Sentinels face the Copper Hills Grizzlies (West Jordan, UT) in a 6A Region 2 game, on Thursday, September 26. Mountain Ridge will attempt to advance on its 13-1 season record. The Grizzlies enter the game with a 12-3 record after their 1-1 league Corner Canyon (Draper, UT).

The Miners (4-11) will now prepare for their outing against Riverton (Riverton, UT). The Silverwolves go into the 6A Region 2 outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, Riverton got by Salt Lake Academy (Herriman, UT), 2-0, in a league outing.
