In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Archbishop Curley Friars soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the John Carroll Patriots.
The Friars (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Towson (Towson, MD). The Generals go into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Towson got by McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Patriots play the Loyola Blakefield Dons (Towson, MD) in a non-league outing, on Friday, September 27. John Carroll will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Dons go into the outing with a 2-1 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Mount St. Joseph (Baltimore, MD).
