In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Sanderson Spartans soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders.
The Spartans (4-4) will now prepare for their outing against East Wake (Wendell, NC). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, East Wake was edged by West Johnston (Benson, NC), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Crusaders confront the Enloe Eagles (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 30. Cardinal Gibbons will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 6-2 record after their 0-0 non-league Southeast Raleigh (Raleigh, NC).
