The Vikings (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against West Wilkes (Millers Creek, NC). The Blackhawks come into the non-league challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, West Wilkes lost by Forbush (East Bend, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 26. Alleghany will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-14 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Starmount (Boonville, NC).
