In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Independence Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Memorial Warriors.

The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Frisco, TX). The Redhawks come into the challenge with a 2-4 record.

Next, the Warriors meet the Emerson Mavericks (McKinney, TX) in a challenge, on Friday, September 27. Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
