New Mexico High School Soccer - Valley toppled by Albuquerque Academy

The Albuquerque Academy Chargers smashed the host Valley Vikings soccer team by a tally of 11-1 in Tuesday's league game.

Next, the Chargers face the Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 6 game, on Tuesday, October 1. Albuquerque Academy will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 4-4 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Clovis (Clovis, NM).

The Vikings (3-10) will now prepare for their game against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Huskies come into the 4A District 6 game with a 8-1 record. In their last game, Hope Christian defeated Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM), 9-1, in a league game.
