The Kennett Eagles soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Berlin Mountaineers to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now hold a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Kingswood for a Division II bout on Friday, September 27. Kennett will play a Knights squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Stark (Weare, NH). The Knights record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Berlin moves to 2-5 on the year. The Mountaineers host White Mountains (Whitefield, NH) to play the Spartans in a Division III bout on Saturday, September 28. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 3-5. White Mountains lost 8-2 in their recent league bout against Mascoma (Canaan, NH)
