The New Paltz Huguenots held off the visiting Marlboro Central Dukes soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Tuesday's league game.

Next, the Huguenots clash with the Rondout Valley Ganders (Accord, NY) in a Section 9 Division II game, on Thursday, September 26. New Paltz will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Ganders come into the game with a 4-5 record after their 4-1 league win over Red Hook (Red Hook, NY).

The Dukes (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Wallkill (Wallkill, NY). The Panthers come into the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Wallkill edged Roosevelt (Hyde Park, NY), 2-1, in a league game.
