In Tuesday's league outing, the host Mountain View Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Mid Valley Spartans.

The Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Dunmore (Dunmore, PA). The Bucks go into the Lackawanna - Division II outing with a 9-1 record. In their last outing, Dunmore got by Dallas (Dallas, PA), 3-2, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Spartans play the Western Wayne Wildcats (Lake Ariel, PA) in a Lackawanna - Division II outing, on Thursday, September 26. Mid Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 6-3 record after their 7-2 league win over Gregory The Great Academy (Elmhurst Township, PA).
