In Tuesday's league test, the Glascock County Panthers (Gibson, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Twiggs County Cobras (Jeffersonville, GA), by a tally of 17-0.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Georgia Military College Bulldogs (Milledgeville, GA) in a 1A D-II Region 5 test, on Wednesday, September 25. Glascock County will attempt to advance on its 16-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 13-7 record after their 8-6 league loss to Johnson County (Wrightsville, GA).

The Cobras (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA). The Warriors go into the 1A D-II Region 5 test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Wilkinson County was routed by Georgia School for Innovation & Classics (Hephzibah, GA), 15-0, in a league test.
