In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Jay Bulldogs softball team scored a tight 7-5 win over the Grove Ridgerunners.

The Bulldogs (17-9) will now prepare for their match against Westville (Westville, OK). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league match with a 8-11 record. In their last match, Westville by Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK), 8-2, in a league match.

In their next game, the Ridgerunners battle the Stigler Panthers (Stigler, OK) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 26. Grove will attempt to better on its 11-10 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 19-6 record after their 14-0 non-league win over Spiro (Spiro, OK).
