The Red Oak Eagles softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Hartshorne Miners to 1 in the Eagles non-league win on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 17-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Keota for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 26. Red Oak will confront a Lions team coming off a 13-5 league loss to Porum (Porum, OK). The Lions record now stands at 10-6.
With the loss, Hartshorne moves to 11-19 on the season. The Miners host Wilburton (Wilburton, OK) to confront the Diggers in a 2A battle on Thursday, September 26. The Diggers come into the battle with a record of 14-17.
