North Carolina High School Volleyball - Kings Mountain over Ashbrook

The Kings Mountain Mountaineers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Ashbrook Greenwave to 0 in the Mountaineers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mountaineers now have a 18-1 record. They play next when they travel to Huss for a Big South 3A outing on Thursday, September 26. Kings Mountain will play a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Crest (Shelby, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 0-7.

With the loss, Ashbrook drops to 6-5 on the campaign. The Greenwave host Crest (Shelby, NC) to play the Chargers in a Big South 3A outing on Thursday, September 26. The Chargers come into the outing with a record of 7-15. Crest won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Huss (Gastonia, NC)
