North Carolina High School Volleyball - Trinity Academy over Cary Christian

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Trinity Academy Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Cary Christian Knights.

The Tigers (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Covenant Day (Matthews, NC). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 5-9 record. In their last challenge, Covenant Day was beaten by Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Cary Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC).
