With the win, Monroe Catholic improves its record to 12-10 on the season. The Rams travel to Valdez (Valdez, AK) to encounter the Buccaneers in a 3A Aurora battle on Friday, September 27. The Buccaneers go into the battle with a record of 14-4. Valdez won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Sitka (Sitka, AK)

The Huskies now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Galena for a 3A Aurora battle on Thursday, October 3.
