Texas High School Volleyball - Port Isabel tips La Feria

September 24, 2024: Port Isabel, TX 78578

The Port Isabel Tarpons volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting La Feria Lions to 2 in the Tarpons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tarpons now possess a 3-17 record. They play next when they host Valley View for a 4A Region IV District 32 outing on Saturday, September 28. Port Isabel will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Harvest Christian (Edinburg, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, La Feria drops to 8-18 on the campaign. The Lions host Grulla (Rio Grande City, TX) to clash with the Gators in a 4A Region IV District 32 outing on Saturday, September 28. The Gators come into the outing with a record of 0-10. Grulla lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Jubilee Brownsville (Brownsville, TX)
