Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Mainland Regional Mustangs (Linwood, NJ) and the visiting Pleasantville Greyhounds (Pleasantville, NJ), observed Mainland Regional's volleyball team hold off Pleasantville by a count of 2-1.

The Mustangs (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hammonton (Hammonton, NJ). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Hammonton got by Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ), 2-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Greyhounds battle the Oakcrest Falcons (Mays Landing, NJ) in a Cape/Atlantic contest, on Wednesday, September 25. Pleasantville will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record.
