McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Springfield Tigers (New Middletown, OH), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, McDonald improves its record to 14-0 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to McKinley (Sebring, OH) to face the Trojans in a test on Wednesday, September 25. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 0-13. McKinley lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH)

The Tigers now own a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lowellville for a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet test on Thursday, September 26. Springfield will face a Rockets squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 3-9.
