The Watchung Hills Regional Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Montgomery Cougars to 1 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Warriors now have a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hunterdon Central for a Skyland - Delaware East outing on Thursday, September 26. Watchung Hills Regional will play a Red Devils team coming off a 2-0 league win over Bridgewater-Raritan (Bridgewater, NJ). The Red Devils record now stands at 9-0.

With the loss, Montgomery drops to 5-6 on the campaign. The Cougars host North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ) to play the Lions in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 26. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 6-4. North Hunterdon lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ)
