North Carolina High School Volleyball - Orange over Williams

September 24, 2024: Hillsborough, NC 27278

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Orange Panthers (Hillsborough, NC) and the visiting Williams Bulldogs (Burlington, NC), observed Orange's volleyball team top Williams by a count of 3-0.

The Panthers (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC). The Fighting Red Wolves enter the Central 3A contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Cedar Ridge was knocked off by Southern Alamance (Graham, NC), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Southeast Alamance Stallions (Haw River, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 25. Williams will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Stallions enter the contest with a 5-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC).
