In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host West End Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Southeastern Mustangs.

The Patriots (13-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Westbrook Christian (Rainbow City, AL). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 22-4 record. In their last challenge, Westbrook Christian beat Ashville (Ashville, AL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs play the Cleveland Panthers (Cleveland, AL) in a 2A Area 12 challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Southeastern will attempt to upgrade on its 14-4 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL).
