In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Wootton Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Watkins Mill Wolverines.
The Patriots (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Georgetown Day (Washington, DC). The Mighty Hoppers come into the non-league challenge with a 10-0 record. In their last challenge, Georgetown Day beat Episcopal (Alexandria, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Wolverines meet the Rockville Rams (Rockville, MD) in a Montgomery County 2A/3A challenge, on Monday, September 30. Watkins Mill will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 3-2 league loss to Damascus (Damascus, MD).
