California High School Flag Football - Rio Americano tops Inderkum

The Rio Americano Raiders flag football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting Inderkum Tigers to 7 in the Raiders league win on Wednesday.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Christian Brothers Falcons (Sacramento, CA) in a Capital Valley Conference challenge, on Monday, September 29. Rio Americano will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Falcons go into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 21-14 non-league loss to Vacaville (Vacaville, CA).

The Tigers (6-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Mira Loma (Sacramento, CA). The Matadors go into the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Mira Loma toppled Center (Antelope, CA), 19-6, in a league challenge.
