North Carolina High School Volleyball - Grimsley can't get by Cedar Ridge

The Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves edged the visiting Grimsley Whirlies volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Fighting Red Wolves face the Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 29. Cedar Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Rockets come into the outing with a 12-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC).

With the loss, Grimsley drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Whirlies travel to Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 30. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 4-8.
