Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the St. Francis Troubadours (Sacramento, CA) and the host Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA), observed St. Francis's volleyball team top Oak Ridge by a count of 2-0.

The Troubadours (24-3) will now prepare for their battle against Davis Sr. (Davis, CA). The Blue Devils go into the battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Davis Sr. achieved victory over Rocklin (Rocklin, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Trojans now own a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Folsom for a battle on Monday, September 29. Oak Ridge will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-8.
