In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Bend Lava Bears soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Mountain View Cougars.

The Lava Bears (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Redmond/Culver (Redmond, OR). The Panthers come into the test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Redmond/Culver edged Caldera (Bend, OR), 3-1, in a league test.

The Cougars now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ridgeview for a 5A Intermountain test on Friday, September 26. Mountain View will play a Ravens squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Caldera (Bend, OR). The Ravens record now stands at 2-4.
