The Marion Black Knights soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Red Creek Rams to 1 in the Black Knights league victory on Wednesday.

The Black Knights now hold a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Rochester for a Wayne game on Saturday, September 27. Marion will face a Bombers team coming off a 2-1 league win over North Rose-Wolcott (Wolcott, NY). The Bombers record now stands at 7-0.

The Rams (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Sodus (Sodus, NY). The Spartans come into the Wayne game with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Sodus by Gananda Central (Walworth, NY), 4-3, in a league bout.
