Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Williston Northampton Wildcats (Easthampton, MA) and the visiting Pomfret School Griffins (Pomfret, CT), saw Williston Northampton's soccer squad prevail over Pomfret School by a count of 4-0.

The Wildcats (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Vermont Academy (Saxtons River, VT). The Wildcats come into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Vermont Academy nipped Tilton School (Tilton, NH), 9-0, in a league match.

The Griffins now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westminster School for a non-league match on Saturday, September 27. Pomfret School will meet a Martlets team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT). The Martlets record now stands at 1-4.
